Job Description
Territory: Chhattisgarh
Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for our diverse portfolio (Moong, Paddy, Cotton, Mustard, Vegetable Seeds, Fodder Seeds etc.).
- Dealer Management: Expand and manage a robust dealer and distributor network across the state.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.
- Farmer Engagement: Organize field demonstrations and farmer meetings to build brand trust.
- Team Leadership: Guide and motivate the local field staff to ensure maximum market penetration.
Candidate Requirements:
- 4-6 years+ experience in the Seed/Agri-input industry within Chhattisgarh.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
