Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage labourers and maintain packaging quality.
  • Supervise packaging machines and ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor machine performance and report issues.
  • Handle online data entry related to packaging.

 

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in packaging operations; seed packaging experience is a strong advantage.
  • Experience supervising teams or managing labour in a production/packaging environment
  •  Understanding of packaging operations.
  • Basic data entry skills.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
