Job Description
Territory: Chhattisgarh (Multiple Locations)
Role: Sales Officer (SO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Promotion: Conduct farmer meetings, field days, and crop demonstrations (Paddy, Moong, Cotton, Vegetable crops, etc.).
- Dealer Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and identify new retail points.
- Target Achievement: Ensure monthly sales and collection targets are met within the assigned pocket.
- Market Feedback: Provide real-time updates on crop conditions and competitor activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Seed or Agri-input sales.
- In-depth knowledge of the local geography and farming community in Chhattisgarh.
- Must have a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively in rural areas.
- Result-oriented with a "can-do" attitude.
