Job Description
Location: Chhattisgarh
Role: Territory Manager (TM)
Core Responsibilities:
- Sales & Collection: Drive sales targets and ensure timely collections within the assigned territory.
- Network Expansion: Identify and appoint new dealers/distributors to increase market reach.
- Field Activities: Conduct extensive field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and promotional activities.
- Product Promotion: Focus on our core portfolios including Paddy, Moong, Cotton, and Mustard.
- Reporting: Provide regular market feedback and competitor analysis to the regional office.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong knowledge of the Chhattisgarh agriculture market.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with farmers and distributors.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the Seed or Agri-input industry.
- Highly mobile and willing to travel extensively within the territory.
