FERTILIZER DOSE PER ACRE WITH TIMING:
- It needs a balanced and adequate fertilizer supply.
- Apply FYM + 20 kg SSP + 20 kg MOP + 10kg Magnesium Sulphate as basal dose.
- Apply 20 kg urea just before ridge making,
- 10DAT(days after transplanting) apply 40kg urea.
- 20 DATapply25 kg DAP + 20 kg 10:26:26 + 300 g Boron.
- 30 DATapply30 kg 10:26:26 + 20 kg urea.
Irrigation
Cauliflower needs optimum irrigation at all stages, Light soils and summer season need more frequent irrigations. It is advised to have running (light) irrigation in the winter and rainy seasons.
Weed Control
Timely weed removal is very important, need based hand weeding can be done to ensure healthy crop, followed by earthing up is very important.

Harvesting
Should be done during the morning or evening so that the products may remain fresh for the market. At the time of harvesting, the curd should be compact. Leaves are generally trimmed away, keep sufficient leaves to protect the curd.
